I've never been in your airport, and need to know where to go to catch local mtr train from airport to hong kong, and then hong kong to tsing yi station.

Don't worry. After walking out the arrival hall, there are enough clear English signs. So you can easily find the service counter of transportation card and the pick-up station of the subways and airport express. It's no need to make the transfer. Juts take the airport express to Tsing Yi Station directly. It takes around 13 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 60 HKD per person.
