What is the cheapest way to go to Tsim Sha Tsui from Hong kong airport terminal 2. How and how much?

It is suggested to take airport shuttle bus no. A21 to Middle Road, Nathan Road. This way costs much less, 33HKD per person. The duration is around 65min.
