Guidance for the Yellow Mountian please

I get to Huangshan Tunxi Airport at 3.30PM from Shanghai and would like to know which cable to take in order to go up the mountain to sleep at hotel, so to see the sunrise next morning. Please give me any recommendations, as my time available is tight and all the information online is super confusing! (If you can include the time it will take to do each transportation, would be wonderful).
