About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can he apply for the 72-hour visa free transit at the SH airport?

My boss will fly from Dubai to Shanghai then stay for less than 24 hours and fly back to the UK.

Your boss is eligible for the 24-hour direct transit policy. He cana pply for it at the SH airport.
