About:Silk Road

Is it sensible to do the Silk Road in winter?

I have 2 months vacation from Christmas until February, travelling wiht a family of 5 people, should I leave the SIlk Road for milder seasons since almost everything will be frozen?

Orlando, the best time to visit the road is from June to September. It's the coldest moment from December to February. I don't think it's a good opportunity to go there in winter.
