Physical Examination for Foreigners completed in UK

Hi there

I’m wondering if anyone has had the Physical Examination for Foreigners completed (particularly people from the UK) and if so, where did you get it done? It’s unlikely my GP would provide this service on the NHS as it asks about a chest X Ray and ECG. Doing this privately would provide costly. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Khuram, you don't need to get this form from your GP. You can go to a local public hospital. The cost may be lower.
