I will go to Lakes Side hotel from Pudong airport take metro line 2.

Which exit no. should I take when stop at East Nanjing road?

Do you refer to Lakeside Holiday Inn?
If yes, you need to stops at East Nanjing Road, Exit 6. Then walk north along Middle Henan Road around 800 yards.
