Applying for China visa by post

Hi,
I am a retired UK citizen living in Phuket. Can I apply by post without having to go to Bangkok or can I do it in Phuket. Is there an agency who will do it for you for a fee?
Many thanks,
Ben

Ben, you can't apply by post, but the good news is that you can apply from the consular office in Phuket. Anyway, if you don't want to do it by yourself, you can hire an agency to do the application for you.
