visit qingchengshan from chengdu

Hi,We are going to visit the mountain next Wednesday, we will take the bus from Xinnanmen, are there bus around 9:00. Do you think that if we leave by 9:09/9:30 we will have enough time to visit the mountain? How much does it takes to climb it? How about Leshan? We will take the bus from Xinnanmen, the bus will leave us at the feet of buddha's or we have to go there by bus/foot? How long does it takes to get there from the bus station and then to visit the buddha?Thanks!LuisaItaly

Yes, you have the enough time to visit the mountain, and it usually takes about 2 – 3 hours to get to the top. Leshan is also a good destination for sightseeing. The bus departing from XInnanmen Bus Station will stop at Xiaoba Tourist Bus Station. In the bus station, you can take the bus No. 13 to the entrance of the scenic area within 30-40min. If taking a taxi, it may cost you about CNY20 and takes around 15min.
