How is the Tibet Travel Permit delivered?

I will be flying from Beijing to Lhasa. However, when checking-in for the light at the Beijing airport, I must present my Tibet Travel Permit. Upon arranging a tour with your company, you will obtain the Tibet Travel Permit for me. My question is: “How will I obtain the Tibet Travel Permit from you?” I will not have a permanent address when in China (except a hotel for day or two). So, where will the permit be delivered to me? It is my understanding that you don’t mail the permit to foreign address.
