Regarding Alien Letter in Chinese

Then I have received the Alien letter on 9 June 2015 and the Invitation letter on 10 June. I came to India on 11 June and try to apply for the visa through the consultancy.


I got a job in Zhuhai during my internship and i got a Alien letter. This Alien letter has both sides, one side is in chinese and other side is in english. But the embassy did not accept my visa application by stating that the alien letter should also be filled in English & stamped also. But other side of Alien letter was filled in Chinese and stamped. I spoke to my Company HR director and they said me that the government will issue the Alien letter in Chinese only. Please help me. Waiting for your positive reply.
