Travel to Taiwan in November

Hi, I would like to visit in November. May I know what is the weather like during mid November? What type of clothes are the shops selling (eg. winter clothes)?

The temperature will be 67F to 77F. Although it has light rains, the weather is cool and comfortable. You can bring light jackets, T-shirts and jeans. :-)
