About:China Work Visa

i have an expired 1 year chinese visa from 2012.

Hi sir/ madam,

Fisrt of all i'm studying my BBA degree in dubai. But now after 3 years i want to move to china for work and want to know about how to get the work permit and residency? ( also one of my cousins is having a shop in PRC and maybe i can apply through him. Because i'm looking to work as a salesman profession or any jobs with low qualifications )

Khaled, if you don't have a bachelor's degree, then it will be difficult for you to apply for the Z type. In order to get the Z, you have to appl for the work permit. It is acquired from local labor bureau. To apply for the work permit, you need to provide your bachelor's degree and related working experience. More importantly, you have to find an employer who is capable of recruiting foreigners. Otherwise, you can not get the work permit.

After you apply for the Z type successfully, then you need to change yoru work permit into alien's employment certificate and your z type into a resident permit.
