About:Adopt Chinese Children

Can people from Romania adopt children from China?

Hi, I am a man , age 35, with a well adjusted life- unable to have offspring of my own due to medical conditions beyond my ability to address. I am thinking children around the age of 3 so they learn my language as their "native" easier and adapt to society without any problems.

Please reply,
thank you.
