I need to find out about bringing a few specific food items for the US to China.

Is it OK to bring in Manufactured and Sealed Peach and Fig Jam? I would like to bring some for host families.
Also I have small sealed bags of GA Farm Bureau peanuts that I would like to bring for snacks for the children.
Would these be OK to bring?
