Yoke, there is no such a sim card as you requested. You know, there are just local sim cards issued in different cities. The charges for local calls, national calls and international calls are different. Of course, international calls are more expensive than local and national calls.
It depends on what package you subscribe from your telecome operator. Some operators provide cheap packages for those who travel around the world. However, according to my experience, it is still cheaper to buy a local sim card. And you need to ask the staff to enable the international call service if you want to make calls to your home. As I said, you need to deposit a certain amount of money. You needn't enable national calls (long distance calls from where you buy the sim card to other mainland Chinese cities).
You know, Unicom has many branches in different cities. The branches have different packages. Of course, the cost is different. So I can't tell which package you need to subscribe.
