About:Getting to Macau

Is there a ferry that leaves Macau at 6 in the morning bound for Hongkong International Airport?

No, the first ferry to HKIA departs at 07:30. I suggest you take an early ferry to HK-Macao Ferry Terminal (actually ferries for this route are in service for 24h), there are ferries available. And then take the airport express or bus to the airport.
