Would it be possible to find cheap lodging at shaolin temple or at least nearby?

I want to be there for around two weeks, as I want to see some of the fighting styles practiced in the area (I am researching the connection between Japanese and Chinese martial arts and I am also interested in Zen, so I am looking for both observation and practice).
