What do I need if apply for China Visa for children ages 5-14 years of age.

Ally, are the children yours? If so, you don't need to do anything special. In addition to submitting ordinary application documents, you may be required to show their birth certificates. If the children are not yours, you need to get their parents' consent letters and the photocopies of their passports.
