cloudy means rainy? Please tell me. because i want to visit Shantou in july-august2015.

ReplyNo, cloudy doesn't mean rainy, just not sunny. I just checked the weather records of the past years, cloudy days would be the majority in July and Aug. Sometime, there are showers which won't last for a whole day. Heavy rain may also happen during that time. U'd better check the weather forecast in advance. Generally, summer clothing and an umbrella are needed.00Reply
