Is this a good year for me to meet someone?

I have been separated for the last 3 years and my divorce had recently finalized. I had 3 kids with my ex and I was born on 5/5/78. I have not date at all during my divorce but now that it finalized should I start dating again and will I find someone who would treat me right. I was married to my ex for 16yr n he cheated on me.
