What's the most efficient way to get to Holiday Inn Express in causeway bay from HKIA?

Harvey, I'd suggest you take airport shuttle bus no. A11 and get off at Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road. Then walk southwards for around 200m to your hotel. The whole trip takes around 65min and the cost is 40HKD.
