paper ticket collections

Question

Hello,I have booked following tickets, how,when and from where I can collect Paper tickets and what will be charges.I arrive at Hangzhou Airport on June 24 at 13:10 hrs.Hanghzou east to Hongqiao Shanghai 24 June 5PmHongqiao to Danyang  & Return for two pax 27 June morningHongqiao to Yixing & return 28 June Morningsuggest best way & place to collect all tickets.ThanksJayesh

You could pick-up them together at Hangzhou east station before boarding. Please take all the passengers' passports, and pick up numbers for each trip, show them at the booth, the staff will print out them for you. Except the trip from Hangzhou to Shanghai, you need to pay RMB5 per ticket for other trips.
