There are several Card Service Counters in the city. One is located at Public Bus Central Station, Yan'an Road, No.20, Longxiang Road.You need to bring your passport to apply for it. After that, you can enjoy some discounts.As for transportation, from the hotel, you can take bus no 25 at East Gate of West Wenyi Road, get off at Hefang Street Lotus Pool Station. Then walk west along Hefang Street around 260 yards. From the hotel to East Railway Station, take bus no. 43 at Songjiang Village Station, get to West Region of East Railway Station. Then walk northeast around 220 yards to arrive at the destination.
