How to get to Dunhuang BUS station from The Dunes?

And what the bus number to go to Liuyuan Railway Station?

As I know, there is no direct public bus that run between these two places.
The best and easiest way for you is to take a taxi to get to the bus station directly.
The fare is about CNY 50.

To Liuyuan Railway Station, there is no bus because of the long-distance. You need also to hire a private car. and the fare is about CNY200-300. You can share one with others to save money.
