is there any coach direct from Guilin international airport to yangshuo bus station?

No, no direct bus at Guilin airport that can take you to there.
So you are suggested to take airport shuttle bus to get to Swan Hotel first. Then walk northeast around 0.9 miles to arrive at Guilin General Bus Station.
There, lots of coaches can take you to the destination. The schedules are from 07:00 to 21:00 with the interval of 15 to 30 minutes.0
