why can't I type on the application form beyond the 1st page?

I have tried many times to complete the application on line, but I can never get beyond the first page. When I have completed page 1, I can't type on the following pages for some reason. Can you please help me as I have a medical appointment in China before the end of the month.
I also tried to print the completed page 1, but it would not print.
