About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

What kind of visa does he get? Who should he contact?

My Boss will be a diplomat working on the New Development Bank of the BRICS.

Maria, if he works in China for not more than 30 days, he doesn't need the entry permit. If he needs to stay long, you should apply or a diplomatic type entry permit for him. You should get a diplomatic note from relevant govenment and contact the Chinese embassy.
