is my itinerary OK? Do I need a visa?

Hello! Can I ask whether the following is feasible:

Scenario:
Ticket from HK to Shanghai on Day 1
Ticket from Shanghai to Singapore on Day 3

I live in Singapore.

Philip, the itinerary is OK. If you are from one of the 51 countries which enjoy the 72-hour free transit policy, you don't need the transit permit.
