how to obtain police clearance from Hongkong embassy in Manila Philippines?

Hello Sir/Madam,
i left Hongkong 13 years ago, and all my documents to proof that i have been worked in hongkong has been washed out by flood. Please Sir/ Madam i need your help. Thank you so very much.

Mhel, you should get it from the Hong Kong Police Force instead of the embssy in Philippines.

Prepare the following documents:
a) A completed application form
b) A photocopy of your passport
c) A photocopy of a letter from the relevant Consulate / Immigration Authority / Government Authority, which contains your name and clearly indicates that the production of the Certificate is required
d) A full set of your fingerprints taken and certified by a recognized police or law enforcement agency where you presently resides.
e) A bank draft to the amount of HK$205 per person, made payable to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region".

The application should be sent to the address below:
The Commissioner of Police
(Attn.: EO CNCC)
14/F, Arsenal House,
Police Headquarters, 1 Arsenal Street,
Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Did u still manage to get a police clearance in hongkong even u have lost your hk id etc?
I have the same situation ive lost my hk id but i know my hk id no. And i still have a cipy of my contract.
