I heard from reviews that taxi drivers find it hard to get to the CITIC Hotel

I need to get from CITIC Hotel 9 Xiao Tianzhu Road, capital International Airport to a destination No 321 Tianbei Road, Houshayu Town Shunji District daily from 30 June to 6 July. How should I do this and how much will it approximately cost?
