About:China Customs Declaration

How much wine (less than 12 degrees) can we bring if coming to live for 3 years.

We will be moving to China for 3 years and want to bring wine for personal use. How much can we bring in duty-free and what id the tax rate on additional quantities if for personal use and if less than 12 degrees.

Todd, each passenger can take as much as 1.5L wine (two bottles) in duty free. The tax rate is 50 percent. Honestly, there is no detailed requirement on how much wine you can take. The related rule just says "under reasonable quantity and for personal use only".
