What is the easiest and economical way to Excelsior Hotel from HKIA?

You can take the bus E11 from the airport Ground Trnsportation Center to Sugar Street, Yee Wo Street. Then you can reach the hotel within few mins walking.
By the way, the bus fare is HKD21 and the travel time is about 80 mins.
