May I bring feathers and small tubes of acrylic paint into China. May I bring small bottles of wine?

What feathers did you mean? painting brushes? If so, you can bring them and acrylic paint in your checked luggage.

Yes, you can bring as much as 1.5L wine (usually 2 bottles). Also they should be kept in your checked luggage.
