do i have to get different visa?

Some travel agency here in the philippines offer package tour, hongkong-macau and beijing.

Dins, if you plan to visit Hong Kong for less than 14 days and Macao for less than 30 days, then you just need to apply for one entry permit for mainland China. The agency may do it for you.
