WORK AFTER COURSE COMPLETITION

Saurabh, you can find a job before your course ends and get a work permit from your employe. Then convert your X type to a Z type at the exit and entry administration office and renew your residence permit before it expires. In many cities, two-year work experience is required for getting the work permit, so I'm not sure whether you can get it successfully, but you can still give it a shot.
