Yuangyang to Hekou/ Vietnam Border Bus Schedule

Hello everybody...
do anybody have the information to get by bus from Yuanyang/Xinjie to Hekou to get to tavel to LoaCai Vietnam?
Do anybody could provide bus schedule and if there is a direct bus/night bus/day bus?
