About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Are we 72-hours eligible?

We will be flying from japan (Osaka) to Shanghai and then two days later from Shanghai to Europe with two different airlines (spring airlines and then british airways). Are we 72-hours eligible ? If yes to which airline should we put the request ?
Thank you

Martin, you are eligible for the 72-hour free transit. You should put this request to Spring Airlines before your flight arrives in Shanghai.
