About:Internet in China

if i buy a vpn will be useful?

i'll go to china for 3 months because of work, i read internet is block in china but i read with a vpn it will be unlocked, is it true? will i have problems if i get one? and will be useful?

Yes, you can visit facebook and use gmail etc. in China with a VPN. It is quite useful sometimes.

It shouldn't be a problem with the government. Many people use it here in China. By "sometimes", I mean the VPN is unstable and cannot be reached sometimes; but still do not worry about it, it is just "sometimes" and it can be reached most time.
