Urgently need VPN/proxy server for China

Can you give me some example of VPN providers that work in China (Ningbo, Guangzhou, Shanghai)? Surfed web to find and it's very confusing to sort out.

Susan, you may try GAE proxy provided by Google. However, you need to configure it before you use on your laptop or desktop. If you prefer to use the proxy on your cellphone, you may use fqrouter downloaded from Google Play. It works well.
