Do you refer to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal?
If yes, you can take the bus E22 from the airport to Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate, Kwun Tong Road. Then walk to Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) to take the bus No. 86 to the cruise terminal.
