Thank you so much Paul.. I want to stay there for long Time .. She will come here to Pakistan on tourist type and we will marry through court.. So on her tour visa we can apply for my S type in Pakistan to China embassy??? And it just take four days to get it?? It means we both go to China together?? S type is for how long time?? After that no need to register marriage In China.. Kindly guide me little .. I am so confused about it .. Thankyou

Hussain, as long as you can get married in Pakistan, I think there will no problem for you to apply for the S type. Normally it takes four working days to get it, but sometimes it may take longer. If you can get the S type, of course you can go to China together. The S1 type is only valid for 30 days. However, after entering China, you can apply for a temporary residence permit with the S1 type in 30 days. Then you can live on this temporary residence permit, which is usually valid for one year. If you apply for the S type, it allow you to stay in PRC for less than 180 days.You don't have to register your marriage in China, but if you want, you can do it at the local police station which has jurisdiction over your wife's residence area.
