About:China Weather

Is it a good time to book a holiday on 18th March next year for these destinations?

Kym, the temperature in Beijing is low in March. And it is cold. I think you may go there in Spring, late April or early May. It's also ok to visit Shanghai during this time.

I can not see your destinations. Beijing is still pretty cold. Shanghai is pretty chilly. If you can dress for the weather or don't mind the cold, it is a good time as there as fewer tourists.
