What would be the transfer procedure look like? The capital airport map online appears to be confusing and I am not sure if I am transferring from International to International or Domestic to International. Your help would be very much appreciated.

It is an international to international transfer. The transit procedures are like this:STEP1:Flight ArrivalSTEP2:Transfer ProceduresSTEP3:Border Inspection STEP4:Security CheckSTEP5:Custom InspectionSTEP6:Waiting & BoardingThe whole procedures will be finished in T3. So you don’t need to bother the map stuff, there are signs in English indicating the direction. It’s easy.
