CNY30 tourist metro Card in Guangzhou

Hi there! what's the chinese name for this type of card? do I have to go up to an information desk to buy one or will the machine work?

Its Chinese name is Yangchengtong (羊城通). You cannot buy the card on the auto machine. Just go to the information desk or the Customer Service Center of all subway stations.
