Take bus no. 10, 10A or 3A from the Maritime Ferry Terminal and get off at Praca de Ponte e Horta. Then walk to your hotel in 1-2min.

How many days will you stay in Macao? Anyway, I can just tell you the popular attractions there: Senado Square, Ruins of St. Pauls, Monte Fort, Venetian, Fisherman Wharf, Grand Prix Museum. A-ma Temple and Macao Tower.
