China Mobile - the prepaid card doesn't work

Hello, I tried today to buy the China Mobile prepaid card to have an internet access on my mobile. I managed to do it. The guy from the Mobile shop installed it on my mobile but it doesn't work, or it is so slow that it hardly doesn't work... He said that something is wrong and the card doesn't cooperate with my mobile (it is Samsung s4).

Does anybody have the same problem, or know what to do?
(I had the simillar situation in India, but the guy in service changed some setting on my mobile and it started to work...)

Yeah, probably your mibile phone doesn't fit China Mobile, or only support the 2G internet access, hence so slow. May I know the exact number of your phone, like i9500 or something? Then I an find a soulution for you.

Andrew is right. S5 G900F just supports China Mobile 2G internet access. That's why it is so slow. If you plan to use faster internet access, then you should buy China Unicom 3G sim card.
