About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I hold a marriage visa currently which I want to change to z.

But what I want to know is that I have done the medicals here already and the documents for my z type has been issued .Do I still need to do another medicals in Ghana when applying for the z type if so then which hospital in Ghana?

Joe, if you can convert your current marriage type to Z type in mainland China, you don't need to do another physical examination in Ghana.
