Well, as far as I know, there is no halal food restaurant in T2.
But one is located at T1 named as 'Yu Ren Wan Halal Food Restaurant'. It provides authentic and nich halal dishes. Hope you like.
The exact address is Departure Hall, 3rd Floor of T1.
The opening hours are from 6:30~22:15. :-)0
