About:Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Peter S.from Malaysia:How can a couple travel from Kunming to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain?

Can you help to provide details of the type of transport for a couple to use the public transport,train and bus?Are there any hotels that we can book to spend a night or two on the mountain itself?How can we get from Lijiang to other attractions like Shangrila and Dali?Can you please provide the fares for taxis,buses and trains?Thank you.

From Kunming, you need to take a bus from West Bus Station to Lijiang first (CNY188 - 217). Arrive in Lijiang, you can take a taxi to Hongtaiyang Square (CNY9), where you can take the tourist bus Line 7 to the mountain directly (CNY15).

There is no accommodation service on the snow mountain, it’s too cold. You can only live in Shuhe town or Lijiang old Town. In the two, what you can see most are hotels. Choose one and check in.

Just in the Lijiang High-speed Bus Station (located at No. 933 of Xianggeli Avenue), there are buses to Shangri-la (62 - 68), and in Lijiang Bus Station (located at No. 25 of Kanghzong Road), there are buses to Dali, the fare is CNY58 – 82.
